Based on what was issued by the Ministry of Commerce regarding tailoring products
It states that the customized product is neither exchangeable nor returnable.
The abayas are tailored for each customer according to her request.
Unless there is clear damage to the product, the store will be contacted within one day of receiving the order and it will be assessed by us. Shipping will be within two days of receipt.
- Therefore, we emphasize the importance of choosing the appropriate size and reviewing the policies before completing the order.
- The order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded (once the order is approved).
- The feedback section is implemented according to the store's capacity and pressure, and if it is not implemented, the customer is not entitled to request a refund, product, or exchange.
- The amounts due to the customer will be refunded within 15 working days, minus the delivery fees.
- If the shipment was sent to the customer and the customer did not receive it for related reasons and the shipment was returned to us, the order will be shipped again after paying the new shipping fees and the customer has no right to cancel the order or get a refund.

We will adjust the size to a smaller size at any time after receipt without conditions, provided that the delivery or shipping is at the customer's expense.
In the event of delivery failure due to customer non-response, the shipping and delivery fee will be deducted and the item will be reshipped or delivered at an additional charge.
