It states that the product being customized “is not exchangeable or refundable”

Abayas are tailored to each customer upon request

Unless there is obvious damage to the product, the store will be contacted within a day of receiving the order and it will be evaluated by us...and shipping will be made within two days of receipt.


  • Therefore, we stress the need to choose the appropriate size and review the policies before completing the order
  • The order cannot be cancelled, modified, or the amount refunded (when the order is approved).
  • Abayas are replaced immediately within two days after receipt, so that delivery and shipping are borne by the customer if they are not worn and in their original condition.
  • The notes box is implemented according to the store’s ability and pressure, and if it is not implemented, the customer has no right to request a refund or exchange of the amount or product.
  • The amounts owed to the customer will be refunded within 15 working days, less delivery fees

We adjust the size to smaller at any time after receipt, without conditions, so that delivery or shipping is on the customer.
